Qualifications and experience prerequisites vary by project. We place a premium on professional expertise within your specific creative field and assess your past work to gauge your skills. Furthermore, we evaluate your grasp of fundamental concepts and creative perspectives. Delivering quality work is of utmost importance to us, and we actively seek the most exceptional creative professionals. We offer competitive compensation and anticipate a commitment to excellence in return.
Payment particulars, including the payment schedule, are typically delineated in the empanelment contract. Freelancers typically receive payment upon the successful culmination of the project, adhering to the contract's stipulated terms.
While we highly value creative input, certain projects may entail specific guidelines or brand requirements. However, we wholeheartedly welcome and encourage innovative and unconventional ideas. We offer substantial creative freedom to execute projects, fostering an environment where your creativity can thrive.
Approximately 90% of our projects are conducive to remote work. We do not adhere to rigid 9-to-5 schedules. Our ethos champions the liberation of creativity from geographical constraints.
